Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect on our July 27th event, “A Plethora of Poets.”
Meet and greet, get signed copies from, and hear the beautiful words of six local poets!
Lori Desrosier – Editor and Publisher of Naugatuck River Review has authored The Philosopher’s Daughter, a full length collection and the chapbook, Three Vanities. Her poems have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies.
Eve Rifka – Author of Dear Suzanne and Outcasts. She was founding editor of the literary journal Diner and co-founder of Poetry Oasis, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to education and promoting local poets. www.everifkahwriter.com.
Joshua Michael Stewart – Has had his poetry in multiple publications, such as Massachusetts Review, Euphony, Pedestal Magazine, and Blueline. He currently has two chapbooks: Vintage Gray and Sink Your Teeth into the Light. www.joshuamichaelstewart.yolasite.com.
Susurrus Din – Owes much to the Masters of the Macabre, Gothis Horror, and World Myth/Folklore. A tome of his photography and poetry, Mendicant the Hidden, Votary of the Sepulcher, has been recently unleashed.
Dan Lewis – Winner of the 2012 Frank O’Hara Prize, is the author of the chapbook, Tickets for the Broken Year, and a full-length poetry collection, This Garden. His work has been published in many journals.
Paul Richmond – Author of poetry and story collections No Guarantees – Adjust and Continue and Ready or Not – Living in the Break Down Lane has a third book due out this year. He runs Human Error Publishing www.humanerrorpublishing.com.
